• Test activity such as answers, bookmarks, timing, attempts, scores, and certificates.
• Order and manual payment details such as order reference, transaction reference, optional UPI ID, and remarks.
• Support information submitted through the Contact page.
• Technical logs needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide test access, calculate results, show progress, verify payments, issue eligible certificates, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Payment safety

Test By Easy Bankers does not ask for or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, online banking passwords, or bank credentials. Manual UPI payments happen outside the platform. We store only the references and optional details needed for verification.

Images

Test By Easy Bankers does not accept image uploads. Optional image fields accept external web links only. The platform does not store user image files.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed for hosting, database operation, email delivery, security, or optional payment processing, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain records while they are needed for account operation, test history, payment review, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. Access is role-restricted, passwords are hashed, refresh credentials use protected cookies, and sensitive payment credentials are never collected.

Your choices

You can update supported profile fields from your Profile page. Requests about account data or privacy can be submitted through Contact under Account or profile, or Grievance.
