Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the rules for accounts, test access, attempts, results, payments, and acceptable use on Test By Easy Bankers.
Last updated: 8 August 2026
1. Account eligibility
You must provide accurate account and profile information. Public registration creates a student account only. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity performed through your account.
2. Test-series access
Access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to let another person take a test. Access may have a stated validity period, attempt limit, schedule, or result publication rule.
3. Attempts and results
Tests may use timers, negative marking, passing marks, scheduled windows, and limited retries. Scores are calculated from the question and settings snapshot stored when the attempt starts. A result may be delayed when the test uses scheduled or manual publication.
4. Payments
Amounts and discounts are determined by Test By Easy Bankers records, not by values submitted by a browser. For manual UPI payments, submitting a transaction reference does not grant access. Access begins only after an administrator verifies and approves the payment.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape, publish, sell, or redistribute questions or explanations.
- Do not interfere with timers, access controls, scoring, or another user's account.
- Do not submit false payment references, abusive messages, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or overload the service.
6. Suspension
We may restrict or deactivate an account when we reasonably believe these terms, payment rules, intellectual property rights, or platform security have been violated.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, or events outside our control may interrupt access. Scheduled-test issues should be reported through the Contact page as soon as possible.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact page under General enquiry or Grievance.
